Building the backbone of a petrochemical landmark
SOCAR Polymer is one of Azerbaijan's flagship petrochemical investments — a polypropylene (PP) and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) production complex located in the Sumqayıt Chemical Industrial Park on the Caspian coast, roughly 30 km north of Baku.
ALTAY delivered the project's civil and facility works: reinforced-concrete foundations, prefabricated site offices and accommodation, the HSE building and supporting site infrastructure — executed to international EPC standards alongside Kinetics Technology (KT).
Every structure was built under the plant's strict health, safety and quality regime, on a live industrial site running around the clock — a testament to ALTAY's discipline on high-stakes energy projects.
